Laser Cutting
Accurate, repeatable profiles to underpin quality parts and assemblies. We can work from your 2D/3D files or drawings and advise on tweaks to improve manufacturability.
What this covers: CAD import and nesting, clean edges for downstream forming, quick prototypes and scalable batch supply.
Folding & Forming
Precise press-brake folding, rolling and notching for consistent bends, radii and angles—using jigs/fixtures where helpful for repeatability.
What this covers: Multi-bend parts, complex geometries, rolled sections, tabs/slots for self-locating assemblies.
Welding & Assemblies
MIG/TIG welded components and fabrications in aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel and titanium—delivered as individual parts or complete sub-assemblies.
What this covers: Brackets, enclosures, frames, guards, panels, and integrated assemblies with inserts, studs and fasteners.
Prototyping to Production
We regularly engage at prototype stage, offering quick iterations and practical DFM input. When the design is right, we scale to production with stable programmes, fixtures and QA checks.
What this covers: One-offs, pilot batches, scheduled call-offs, and Kanban replenishment (by agreement).
Finishing & Quality
Bead-blasting and deburring prepare parts for coating or further finishing. We provide inspection to drawing and documentation packs on request.

How We Work

We confirm scope, review CAD/drawings and agree specs, materials and dates.
Nesting & programming
We nest parts and program cuts to minimise waste and ensure repeatability.
Laser Cut
We lasercut profiles to drawing with clean edges ready for forming.
Fold/Form
We pressbrake fold/roll parts to tolerance, using jigs where needed.
Weld & Finish
We MIG/TIG weld, deburr and beadblast assemblies ready for coating.
Final Checks & Despatch

Frequently Asked Questions
Which materials do you process?
Primarily mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, plus selected grades for specialist requirements. Share your grade/spec and finish and we’ll advise.
Do you support both prototypes and production?
Yes—one-offs to volume batches. We stabilise processes during prototyping so production scales smoothly.
What about finishing and documentation?
Docs: inspection reports, CoC, material/finish certs. External finishes (powder coat, anodise, zinc/galvanise) arranged on request.
